Shipping Times

Shipping times will vary from warehouse to warehouse as goods are shipped directly from supplier warehouses. 

We will show our estimated delivery times on each order at the time of order, these are an estimate and orders tend to be delivered within this window. If there are issues with shipping times from individual warehouses they will be displayed here.

If you order multiple items from different suppliers please be aware they will be shipped separately on different carriers and will not arrive together. Where applicable you will be issued tracking information or the carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Shipping Delays

As our warehouse partners, couriers and ourselves are working to government guidlines in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow additional time for potential delays in the receipt of orders placed.

 FTG (Furniture To Go)

 There are still ongoing delays with this warehouse and their carriers. Please be aware they are currently taking up to 9 working days from date of order.

If your order has been assigned tracking details for XDP it will be/ has been collected and taken into their main hub in Birmingham. As there are a high volume of pallets shipped from the FTG warehouse each day into the XDP warehouse, the staff in the XDP warehouse scan these into their system once at the hub and not at the collection point. XDP themselves are not scanning all items in at the time of collection and due to this their system automatically sends out an email saying items have not been collected as they have not scanned it that day, which is in fact incorrect. Whilst items are in the hub palletised and not scanned there is no way of the XDP customer service team confirming possesion of the goods as they can only go by what is on the screen in front of them.

We would ask that you continue to monitor the XDP system, using the tracking information provided. XDP will also send an email once the item is scanned confirming it is en-route.
